Signal Point Partners ("SPP") operated from 2009 to 2011 as a global incubation and advisory group for mobile payments and mobile services ventures.

The Directors of Signal Point were Nick Hughes, Gautam Ivatury, Chad Larson, and Jesse Moore.

During this time, SPP incubated three mobile services businesses - Jipange ku Save and M-Kopa in Kenya, and MeraDoctor in India, with startup assistance from donors including Shell Foundation, CGAP, FSD Trust (Kenya) and the D.O.B. Foundation, and investors including Aavishkaar India Micro Venture Capital Fund.

SPP also conducted advisory engagements for clients such as VISA, IBM, Ericsson, Microsoft, Tigo (Millicom), Mobilink (Orascom) and others.
